Shipping/Return Policies


All products purchased through Metering Pump USA, Inc. can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all money back requested returns. There is no restocking fee for exchanges or in-store credits unless item is special order or non-stock.


All returned products must be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged, scratched or in worn condition. We also reserve the right to refuse items with missing parts or damage due to misuse or mishandling. Items that have been modified from their original factory design are not returnable. We will also not accept items where the warranty has been invalidated by their respected manufacturer. You must return the product to us in its original or equivalent packaging, pre-pay all shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. Any returns sent back freight collect will be refused.


All returns and exchanges require a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#). Please call one 1-866-849-1879 to receive an RMA#. In some circumstances, we may ask you to ship the return directly to the original manufacturer. MeteringPumpsUSA.com is not responsible for shipping charges to or from the manufacturer or our facility on warranty items. Items returned without a Return Materials Authorization written clearly on the box will be refused and returned.


We will directly refund to your credit card within 30 days after receiving your return.


Defective products purchased from us that are under warranty can be returned for warranty service.


Shipping charges are nonrefundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by us. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.


If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, please make sure you notate the damage when you sign for it so that we may file a claim with the carrier in the event that the actual product you ordered was also damaged.
