Q. I am looking for something in particular but I don't see it on your website....
A. Please call us! This website is constantly under construction as we add new items. We may have or can order what you are looking for. If we can't hopefully we can point you in the right direction!
Q. Do you stock everything that you sell on your website?
A. Our goal is to stock as many parts as possible and we put more and more parts into stock each week. In situations where we do not have something in stock, we will have the item shipped directly from the manufacturer.
With the enormous number of pump and wet-end combinations, keeping every pump in stock is impractical and cost-prohibitive. We do, however, stock the most commonly used pump configurations.
Q. Does no minimum order really mean no minimum order?
A.Yes. But we do need to put an asterisk next to the statement. Most distributors have a minimum order rule because they each drop-ship everything they sell and they must meet the minimum order required by the manufacturer.
Since we stock a lot of parts, including small inexpensive parts, we can ship a lot of parts directly from our warehouse. However, if we do not have a specific part in stock, we will combine your part with a larger stock order that meets the manufacturer’s minimum order and ship your order to you as soon as we receive our stock order.
Generally, we will try to make this order the same day that we receive your order so as to minimize waiting.
Q. Do you accept purchase orders?
A.At this point we are not setting up accounts so that we can keep our costs down. If you cannot pay with a credit card please contact us at 1-866-849-1879. We will see if we can work something out.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A.We accept Visa, MasterCard and debit cards.
